Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

What happens if I exceed my link limit?

Your existing links will continue to work and track clicks. You just won't be able to create new links until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual plans come with a 20% discount. Contact us or switch to annual billing in your account settings.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Pro comes with a 14-day free trial. Business plans include a custom trial period — reach out to our sales team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and can arrange invoicing for Business plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period.
